My name is Kate, and I am a Registered Nutritionist and Personal Trainer. My interest in fitness and nutrition started with myself as I have always struggled with disordered eating patterns, negative body image and always shriving tor perfection.
I have learnt the hard way that perfection is a theft of joy and that consistency is the driver to success. After my first bodybuilding show with the FMG Australia, in December 2024, I fell to back to into old, disordered eating patterns and into a binge eating disorder which forced me to get psychological help. This caught my attention to look deeper into the psychology of exercise and nutrition as well as exercise science.
For my clients I provide a high standard of giving evidence-based knowledge to help them living a healthier and fitter life and helping the achieving their goals, considering their mental health and well-being.
